What we do

What we do on a residential matter

Review the Option to Purchase before you exercise it, which is the point at which advice is worth most
Calculate stamp duty, including Additional Buyer's Stamp Duty where it applies, and diarise the deadline
Deal with your bank and the other side's, which is where most delays actually originate
Run the title searches and requisitions, and tell you plainly if anything comes back that matters
Hold and account for the deposit properly, in the firm's conveyancing account
Attend to completion, register the transfer, and confirm it is done on the day it is done
